Very nice qualityThe wood has a lovely grain, the dovetails are better than I could make them if I trained my whole life, no gaps on any so clearly well-machined.It is made from panels, so the chunckiest single pieces are the legs, then the doors, then the thick edges around the 'table-top'.As one reviewer noted the sides of the drawers are made from some other wood, like pine, as it's not visible - and that helped as I expected it when it arrived. I'm glad they didn't use chipboard, and thanks to the expectation of different drawer-side materials it didn't bother me at all.The large top, side and rear panels possibly are veneer, but since no edges are exposed this piece gives the outward appearance of all solid oak, and has the real wood smell as chipboards aren't used, I think.On receipt and inspection of my test order of the smaller cheaper item, I immediately ordered the second larger matching piece, which was identical in quality, delivery, packaging and speed.If I had more bedrooms or space I would be ordering more.This is a product review but we need to know about the other service elements so i've sneaked this in and saved the detail until last.After looking all over the internet, and finding concerns about materials, or workmanship, or reliability or customer service I found this Julian Bowen which seemed a safe bet from the reviews. Well, I can't say anything about fault rectification because there weren't any, so if things go wrong not sure if they are good at fixing them :) .... but the product arrived in like amazing packaging with the worlds largest bubble-wrap, and very quickly with good tracking and notifications.

We bought 2 of the 3 drawer bedside tables to match our Julian Bowen Amsterdam Bed. These bedside tables are an exact match to the bed even though the range names are different.The bedside tables are quite large in comparison to the previous flat pack ones I owned but I see this as a good thing.They arrived very well packed and ready assembled apart from refixing the drawer knobs.Very sturdy and look great. We got these on offer and were actually cheaper then the one drawer option.Comparing to other bedside tables seen in high street stores, these so far are a better quality at a better price.Very happy with the purchase.The finish is a 'waxed oak' and I suggest these are darker and therefore would not match general oak finish furniture.

Bought two of these, one was fine the other had poor manufacturing and different colour finish (annoying when you want two matching tables). Also a bottom cover/panel would be useful to keep dust out of the unit.

I have an habit of buying cheap flat pack furniture. This time I decided I'd buy ready made. The cabinet was well packed and looks very good quality. Worth spending that little bit extra for furniture you know will last.

Very well made, sturdy bedside table. The colour is great, not too light or too dark and matches our bed exactly. The drawers are a good size and fit well. The handles look fine but you can buy your own different ones if you prefer. Excellent price compared to others on the market.

So pleased with this as didn't think it would be as nice as it is. Goes great in my bedroom. Lovely size. Draws are small but not too disappointed. Well made. Looks great

I have brought other parts to this set and is sturdy, I have chest of draws, dressing table for the wife would recommend for the price

Consegnato perfettamente imballato ed arrivato integro.Tempi di consegna veloci.Il frontale dei cassetti, le gambe ed il bordo del top sono in massello di rovere: le rimanenti parti sono impiallacciate rovere.

Mesita de noche de roble macizo, perfectamente acabada. Venía montada y con un embalaje que aseguraba su total protección. El interior de los cajones es también de madera de roble. Estoy muy satisfecha con esta compra y la recomiendo. A tener en cuenta: el paquete pesa 20 kilos (es lógico que pese mucho, ya que es de madera maciza)
