Lite Bite Portion Control Cutlery (3 Pc Set) 18/10 Stainless Steel. Training Aid for Slower Eating

The small knife, fork and spoon more than matched my expectations. I was search for a way to slow down my eating and control my portions and these fit the bill perfectly. Using this cutlery felt like I was using grown up cutlery of a very good quality but taking much smaller mouthfuls. I filled up quicker! I can usually eat a yoghurt in about 6 mouthfuls - see pictures - Using the Litebite spoon it took 20 mouthfuls! The fork is brilliant too, no more shovelling and only about half the size of a normal fork. I found I was eating smaller amounts and enjoying my food more. They’d work for slimmers and people watching their weight too. Highly recommended.

They are tiny, even looking undersized beside a 19cm tea plate. However, they are really good at reducing the size of forkfuls and do slow down eating, which is what they are meant to do. The quality of the cutlery is also very nice, good weight in the hands & highly polished.

Yes a bit pricey, but superb quality, lovely feel and weight, beautifully made. Will be great for packed lunches.

Very small... weird to hold. I don't really know what to say. It's not much bigger than my phone to be honest. It will he useful after my gastric sleeve surgery as small portions are a key to avoid side effects but I don't think I would recommend it for and adult that would want to lose weight naturally. More to an obese kid or something. Time will tell. For what I received I consider it overpriced so far.

Love these as they are the perfect size and help me with eating smaller bites now I don't have a stomach. Need to purchase a few more sets for spares/to use. Highly recommend for anyone who's had bariatric surgery or any kind of conditions which requires you to eat smaller portions/ take smaller bites.

While this cutlery is very well made the comical size of the entire apparatus is ridiculous. If the length of the handles were 'normal' size I would have kept them, but entirety of these are literally child sized.

This portion control cutlery has proved useful in slowing down my eating in conjunction with the bariatric control plate. As a new bariatric bypass patient who has made it back to regular textured food, it is essential to slow your eating. The cutlery is made of high-quality stainless steel, and despite my large hands, this little utensil set is very manageable. A recommended product for anyone who has had a gastric bypass.

A family member recently had gastric sleeve surgery. As part of the pre and post op procedures it is advised to eat off of smaller plates and use smaller utensils. I purchased a set of these for that purpose. They are perfect. As a matter of fact, everyone in the house loves them and wants to use them. They were sold out everywhere. I just found them back in stock and ordered enough so each person in our household can have two sets to use each day. We tried ordering appetizer cutlery and demitasse spoons, but had to return everything we ordered; nothing matches this full set in length or weight or overall aesthetics. This set works, and includes a knife with the serated edge which cannot be found in appetizer sets. I downgraded one star for the pricing which seems crazy high. There are no competitors out there. Get these while they are in stock. Get more than one if you can afford to do that.

Posate davvero piccine, ma utili per diminuire il boccone da mettere in bocca, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la forchetta. Il cucchiaio invece è minuscolo. Per chi fa una dieta sono davvero utili queste posate. Le cercavo così e sono di un bell'acciaio lucido e brillante. Consigliatissime!
