Dark Metallic Gray Rim Touch Up Paint Compatible with Tesla Model S 19 & Model 3 18 Aero Wheels - 0.6 fl oz Bottle - Gray Metallic & Gunmetal Alloy Wheel Repair Paint

Recently got a new car with my first set of upgraded rims. 2months in & I hit a curb turning into a parking space causing a decent size scrape. I lightly sanded the ding to smooth it & this paint worked perfectly to conceal it. Can’t tell it was even there. So happy to be able to repair the flaw myself for so little money. Great product!

I used this to touch up scratched rims on my model 3. It covered really well with only one coat and matched the color perfectly. Super easy to use, it’s like a little nail polish. I didn’t take before and after pics, but it looks great! I didn’t have it in me to sand the rims first, so the texture of the scratches is still there, but I’m happy as long as the color matches.

It’s a close match for Aero wheel grey but it’s a little darker. Not very noticeable. It spreads and covers well. I used it until I can sand down and fix properly.

The amount of "paint" in the bottle is very very small. Have to squeeze the bottle to get the paint to come out. Not to mention, the brush is not the easiest thing to use to apply onto the rim/wheel scratch. I sanded, and did some prep before applying, but the paint is very mediocre at best. If your scratch is longer than 1-2 inches, with a depth of about half a centimeter, then MAYBE, just maybe this paint would be okay to use. Most scratches are bigger in size, and people assume this repair application (or any other for that matter) would help cover up some wheel scratches. If you want a good cover up, spend the money and take it to a real body shop so they can match the paint color, and properly fix the scratch. This application was not worth the money. Again, if your scratch is very very small, then perhaps this may be to your satisfaction to have a "so-so" metallic paint cover up the scratch. Very disappointed in the product. Used on a 2022 Tesla model 3 (base RWD Model) with base 18" Aero wheels (Metallic).

Works as touch up paint. I touched up my Tesla model s dark grey metallic wheels and it matched the color just fine. I had very small touch ups, so I’m not sure how it would look on large scuffs thougb

Make sure you sand the area first so it's not clumpy. take your time and you will erase that parking mistake like it never happened. covered 3 curb rashes with this. love it.

Everything about the product was fine except it didnt match. Actually I think the color is spot on but it has too much " sparkle" mixed in. I tried sanding it down a bit but then you are back down to the wheel. From 10' it will work fine but if you want an exact match this isnt it. If they took the glitter out,it would be an exact match.
