J.R. Liggetts Ez Pouch Ultra Bar Shampoo, 1 ct

Hair and scalp feel and look clean. Its a teeny bit on the drying side, but works well for me since my hair is greasy the second day of washing. Smells ok, not strong, unfortunately fragrance does not last for more than a few hours, which was highly disappointing however seen as it is a chemical nasties free product, I will definitely purchase again and would recommend. Keep away from water when not in use as it melts quickly. The pouch is useful during travel. ;)

I am a fan of J.R. Liggett's products, they are 5* as far as I am concerned. My 2* rating is for the seller OTCFORYOU, from whom I purchased this Ez-Pouch + Ultra Balanced Shampoo Bar combo. I was looking forward to receiving the Ultra Balanced bar, particularly as I have sensitive skin. However, I received an Original bar instead - which I cannot use because it contains fragrance. Considering the price combined with the distance it has to travel (I live in the UK) I would have thought OTCFORYOU would get the order right. I contacted OTCFORYOU about this and they promptly replied just to ask for images for their records and with a token apology - no attempt at recompense or any kind of customer service whatsoever. I'd suggest buying these fine products from a seller other than OTCFORYOU.

was a bit sceptical at first as much more soap-like than Lush shampoo bars, but actually did the trick and left hair feeling soft and quiet liked the e z pouch. Does work much better in soft water than hard water

I bought this primarily for the travel pouch as I wanted to minimize the amount of liquids I carried with me. I also wanted the ultra-balanced bar because it is the only one without any scent (that I could find). You will NOT get the ultra balanced bar, so if you are ordering it just for that, beware! You get the original shampoo bar. The travel pouch is OK - I could have probably found a similar fabric pouch or container to put it in just the same. It is not revolutionary in drying the bar or making it easier to carry...

Quise escribir esta reseña porque dudé mucho en qué shampoo sólido elegir después de que el que llevaba comprando un año no había estado disponible. Vi este, que es de una marca internacional y tenía buenas reseñas y además incluía la bolsa de viaje y pensé que era buena opción, pero a mí no me lo resultó para nada. Cuando lo lavas el cabello rechina y cuando lo secas queda tieso, no me gustó para nada, tuve que buscar otra opción.

I love Liggett's soaps. I tried the Ultra Balanced Bar for the first time on a recent trip to Europe. Since I was to be on the road for a month, I also brought a second bar (original formula) in case I used this one up. Although I shampooed my hair and washed my face with it every day -- and also used it to wash my clothes in hotel sinks -- I never made it even halfway through the first bar. The travel pouch feels a little cheap, but it is compact and gets the job done, allowing the soap to breathe and dry (rather than trapping moisture). I still popped it into a plastic sandwich baggie to prevent inadvertent leaks and transfer of soap smell to the surrounding luggage. All in all, I couldn't have been happier with how Liggett's shampoo bars perform. The lather is rich and unctuous, they make my hair feel great, and they last a really long time. Liggett's is the first thing I put in my toiletry kit whenever I travel now.

Its a smaller block, but I live the travel case it comes with. Works well and keeps my toiletries from getting soapy. I'm going on a bigger trip soon. Will update if I run into any issues.

Soap is great. But I ordered soap AND a travel pouch and only got 3 small bars instead. Was too late to do anything so I had to buy container for soap. Disappointing.
