Fits a crosman 2240.
I bought this to fit a bipod to my crosman 2240 that I have converted to a rifle with a stock and longer barrel. It was perfect for the job. I would recommend it to any other owners of 2240's.

I wanted to add a laser sight to my Umarex Legends MP air rifle. Being a replica of a WWII weapon it does not have an accessory rail. Beyond that, it's just not friendly to adding modern equipment due to the antique design. This add on rail works fine, even on this gun. I haven't shot it yet with the sight, but the sight can be zeroed so I would expect no problems. It is easy to use and comes with assorted gaskets to both size the rail and protect your gun's finish. If it can work on this gun, it should work on just about any rifle. It can be made very snug, so using it on an actual firearm shouldn't be a problem.

Excellent. The two pieces mate together via a channel which inspires confidence. It comes with friction pads for stability you insert under the clamps (different sizes for a good seal on various diameters). The curvature makes pinching of the magazine tube unlikely (other designs not so and led to "failure to feeds" because the pressure points literally bend the tube if tightened down). This is 26 bux - there are ones for 35, 45 bux and up - dont bother. Get this one. (The Trinity Rail on amazon sucks) *A final note - i have the heavy walled barrel version of the 590 which reduces the space between the mag tube and barrel. This clamp design is one of the only rail attachments that makes this a non issue. 100% recommendation. P.S. Mine came with the screws missing, packaging could use improvement since they fell out.
