Used cold, it is pretty poor: cool but not cold. If you are treating an injury, you cannot better a bag of frozen peas or an ice pack. You won't get anywhere near the same low temperature with this. Also, because of the small size, the pack losses temperature (cold or hot) relatively quickly.For use as a heat source, you will need to keep microwaving it in 10 second bursts, taking it out and kneading it each time, to ensure the heat is distributed evenly throughout the pack. Frankly, I went straight back to using a hot water bottle. More heat for longer, less hassle. It may be best for very specific uses, where you need some warmth at a precise point, and where a hot water bottle is impractical.

I have no regrets buying this product. This multi purpose heat and cold gel pack allows me slip this into my bag if I'm travelling, going to work or simply can't be bothered having a hot or ice bath.This is recommended for those who have aches and pains. I have a really bad neck, knee and shoulder problem, so this gives me relief after a long day. The best thing about the pack is being reusable. The quality of the pack is epic and worth the money.

Exactly what I was looking for! Been having issues with my mid upper back and this hits the spot just right. Malleable enough when chilled to provide an even cover. Only tried the icing side of things but I'm glad I bought it. Good quality, no leaks/tears a year later.

Spot on, easy to use and good customer service. One had been damaged in the post ( a slight leak). Replaced without quibble and I binned the damaged item. 😁👍

Have used these packs for years and love(d) them. This new batch however does not meet expectations. Older packs would freeze solid and last hours on my back. These new packs don't freeze and provide a mush that doesn't stay cold for long. Very disappointed.

Excellent value for money - very easy to use - hot & cold. It certainly helped for both my back and knee & will continue to be used as and when necessary ! ...but hopefully not for a long time 😂

I've only used this as an ice pack from the freezer, but I've been using it almost daily for 10 months and it's still in perfect condition. It's a good size too - not too big but not too small either.
