Great product
I bought the oral-b pro 600 after the range was recommended by my dentist.I went with the pro 600 as the price was just right for my budget, it looked good in the white and unlike some electric toothbrushes the pro 600 has interchangeable heads. It also uses all the other heads from this range which is great if you don't get along with certain heads. The product was swiftly delivered with very nice and sturdy packaging, it really looked the part and could easily be mistaken for one of the very expensive toothbrushes.Inside the package was the toothbrush body, the tooth brush head, the O-ring which fits nicely between the body and head, and it also comes with the charging stand. Please bear in mind when purchasing this product that the charging stand plug is designed to fit into a 2-pin socket made for shaving chargers. As I do not have this socket I luckily had an adapter which fits in a regular socket so I can happily charge it anywhere else in the house. The toothbrush body feels premium, like if it were dropped it wouldn't break. It also features a small led light which either indicates a low battery by flashing red or a charging battery flashing green. The power from the tooth brush is good but not over powered like some brushes feel like they are grinding your gums. I have found that the power last between 5 and 7 days which I think is good. The charging generally takes several hours although I tend to charge it over night and have no problems. One of my favorite features on this brush is the timer. Once turned on the brush will do its job for around 30 seconds, after which it will give out 3 gentle vibrations to let you know to move onto the next part of your mouth, so you generally clean quarter of your teeth between each vibration. When it's finished it will give 5 vibrations so you know you have had your recommended 2 minutes clean. In all I give this tooth brush a 5 star review, iv had many electric tooth brushes in the past of the same price range and found them to be awful. I genuinely get a dentist like clean every time, so I'm very glad I got this product. This review is written one month after purchase so I can really give an honest and descriptive review for any one considering this product.

Good toothbrush but with niggles
I note that some reviewers have found this toothbrush noisy; I find it much quieter than my previous electric toothbrush. The toothbrush does a good job and you can certainly feel a difference to your teeth after use. If you press too hard, the brush stops whizzing but I haven't noticed any difference in tone nor have I heard a beep when the thirty-second signal is supposed to go off but this does not detract from the fact that it is a good toothbrush which is what I'm reviewing and I would recommend it to anyone. I also got it at a good price from Amazon. There are a few things I'm not too happy about: (1) it takes 22 hours initially to charge the appliance and the recharging light flashes green at what seems to be one-second intervals (a very bright green) which lights up a dark room - I tried hiding it but the flashing could still be seen so I resorted to turning it off when I went to bed and putting it back on charge the following morning as I'd run out of Blu-Tak to stick over it. When the battery is fully charged the symbol is a solid green. (2) I have to take the toothbrush off the handle when putting it in the cabinet as it is too tall even when off the base; again, not a detraction but a niggle. (3) The appliance comes with a two-pin cabled base but no wall plug.

A simple yet effective toothbrush thats good value.
This was purchased (Aug2017) after my wife had a bad experience with a scale and polish at the dentist, not wanting to have a repeat performance told me to go buy a 'propper' toothbrush like a normal family would have! This fitted the bill perfectly. Everything you need and none of the 'techy' stuff that puts the price through the roof.... but doesn't actually help brush your teeth any better. For around £20 what you get we think is brilliant. The brush handle/motor/battery is comfy to hold. According to our dentist this has the same basic insides as the more expensive models that oscilate and pulse. It has a led that flashes red when it needs charging, green when charging and off once fully charged. We (family of 3) get 6 full 2min uses before it requires charging again. The brush pulses every 30 seconds and then a longer pulse at the end of the recommended 2 minute brushing time. The charger fits a 2 pin shaver socket so suited our bathroom vanity cupboard perfectly. This has a long enough cable to reach to a sturdy surface. This came with 1x cross action '3D' brush head. We purchased more of this same head separately . You can buy other Oral B heads that fit and have different features and bristle design. All in all excellent value. At the last dentist appointment a 'vast improvement' on all 3 of us when compared to manual brushing.Update Jan 2022Batteries now only lasting 3 brushes and the plastic 'skin' around the switch has split allowing water ingress to the electrics inside so sent for recycling.A shame it only lasted 3 yrs, but need to accept it was the entry level rechargable brush from oral b.
