Very effective product if the instructions on the packaging are followed. I make a tea before dinner, initially brewed it for 2 minutes for a week then increased the brewing time to 4 minutes. Can drink it hot or cold. Definitely boosts metabolism without any belly ache. 100% recommend it.

I bought these after being recommended by a friend. Not specifically to lose weight but to aid constipation. Believe me it works !

This product works! If you ever have trouble with irregularity, this works within 8 hrs or less. It also helps you detox and shed lbs! Of course, with everything moderation, diet and exercise is the key. I find the lemon-lime taste to be the best within this brand of herbal tea. I mix my tea with lemon juice and sugar to mask the after taste of the herbs.

I love this tea. The flavor is great, and I don’t know about slimming but helps with going to the bathroom. Definitely will purchase again and no wonder it has so many great reviews.

This is a total colon cleanse. It works well but there will be cramping if you steep it longer than recommended. This lemon lime flavor is not my favorite. The cranberry and orange spice are ok if you drop another regular tea bag in the cup with the Senna. I add a bit of lemon and Truvia too. Say goodbye to bloat. 👍🏼

I buy this as a laxative. And a very strong laxative. It does not taste good. But if you steep a bag and hot water for 3 to 5 minutes and drink that tea at night, you will be okay in the morning. Be warned, do that at night and get up at least an hour before you plan to get dressed and ready to leave. I've been using the same tea for 10 years for the same purpose. It is not an everyday solution. But if you really need something like that, it definitely works.
