I want to fill knot holes in wood with this. Can it be sanded?

I have only sanded a small part of one of my finished resin pieces. I used a very fine piece of sandpaper and then wiped down with a damp cloth. I was pleased with that result. I’m not too sure about your project. I believe wet sanding is the preferred method for resin, but with wood I don’t know if that would be ideal. I would contact the manufacturer.
