Is there a USB interface?

No, it comes with a 3.5mm plug. There are 3.5mm to usb converters around, i haven't tried the mic with it and don't know if it works ok. Whatever software you work with, remember you have to calibrate the mic, usb might generate its own motherbord noise.

Does this improve concert sound quality?

It doesn't improve concert sound quality as such but you can use it to fine tune a PA system with pink noise to get The response of it more flat and natural.

Will this work at levels of over 80dB? My android phone starts to limit the internal mic at that level.

Hi there, good question! I just took a look and a test, the manual gives a 'Max SPL for 1% THD @1000Hz' of 127dB, and testing it, it definitely records musical levels above 80dB. It depends on the recording device whether any automatic 'step-down' is applied to recorded audio above a certain level, but in terms of the microphone itself, it can do it.

Will this work on huawei phone ?

If the phone has a "standard" 4-pole socket, (L and R output to ears plus mic and common) then yes, I see no reason why this should not work with it.
