Can it be painted over when dry

Hi. You would wash the Salt Away from the surface as part of the process anyway so the surface it has been used on would be just as paintable as it was prior to application.

Hi does this product come with a spray nozzle?

Depends how you buy it. It's available in a spray bottle (which must have a nozzle) or a 5 litre can. AFAIK the 5 litre can doesn't come with a sprayer, just use an empty de-icer spray bottle or apply by brush or dip.

Can this be used to remove salt deposits on powder coated railings and gates? Or will it damage the powder coat finish?

Hi. This is just for removing salts from mineral substrates unfortunately.

I have white salts coming through the walls of a basement room around knee to waist height. The walls don't seem damp. Will this stop the salts?

This product may help stop the salts but this might only be a short-term solution. If it's a basement the damp might be more than on the surface, even if the walls don't feel damp. Worth a try, though.
