DSE Albolene Moisturizing Cleanser, 12 Fluid Ounce

It’s only recently I discovered this product and why it’s so popular with men. Having now used it many times, I can say without hesitation that it fully lives up to its reputation. It does exactly what you want for personal fun, providing a smooth, long-lasting glide without irritation or chafing, even during extended sessions. It maintains its performance without drying out or becoming sticky and leaves skin and hair feeling pleasantly moisturised afterwards. Speaking as a man, I can confidently recommend it for solo fun, there’s no need to be coy, it makes solo times fantastic Trust me, you won’t forget the first time you use this product.

I saw this by chance on an American television show, I thought that I had nothing to lose by at least trying it! I first used it to remove make up and it was amazing. My make up came off very quickly and it left my skin smooth and replenished. In the morning my skin actually looked refreshed and hydrated. I do not wear make up daily so I have chosen to use it has a daily moisturizer at night and all I can say is that it has made an amazing difference to my skin. I suffer from Eczema and Lichen Planus and I have used creams and steroids for this for most of my life. The results of these conditions mean that I suffer flare ups and hyper pigmentation particularly on my face and back. I am a dark skinned Black woman and since using this my skin tone has settled down. The dark patches on my face have now evened out so my face is now looking the same in all areas. My skin is softer than it has ever been and even my children have noticed without even knowing that I am using another product. You do not even need to use a lot because it is very greasy and a little goes an incredibly long way. My daughter has tried this also, she wear's a lot of make up every day. To her surprise her make up came off so easily and left her skin supple and clean. I would urge anyone particularly those with dry skin to try this. It may sound dramatic but it has changed my life! Despite using prescribed creams on my skin every night, for over the past four years I used to wake up every morning with dry patches and unevenness. This would ruin my day and week quite frankly. I first purchased this in late March 2016 and after only two weeks of use, the overall look and feel of my skin particularly my face has been outstanding. Best skin care product I have ever used!! Would gladly recommend and have since stocked up and purchased more.

I found this product for my first step of cleansing after it was recommended by Dr. Dray. Its very usefull when removing mascara and does not dry out the skin at all. I use this without any water and wipe it off once it melts my makeup and use a water based cleanser to remove the access oil. It really helped in reparing my skin barrier (not because of any active ingredients but because i stopped drying out my skin with overpriced cleansers that were damaging and drying out my skin). Anyway, this product is the best cleanser i found so far but it may cause breakouts if not cleaned off properly as it is quite heavy.

So it seems that this has been around for years, and as someone who enjoys wearing make up I can't believe I had never heard of it ! Albolene is an unscented product with a consistency similar to vaseline, and it comes in quite a large tub which will last you a long time. The essence of this product is that you take some on your fingers, rub in into your fact and rub it off again with a tissue, and it is supposed to take all of your make up off with it! Pros: -It definitely works and is brilliant for eye make up in particular! I have had trouble removing mascara etc. in the past but Albolene gets it off in one go. -It is a great product to have as it really doesn't run out very easily and it only requires a tissue to wipe it off with, which you can find almost anywhere you are! -It is exfoliating when used with a tissue and the moisturising nature of it means that you don't need to then apply moisture afterwards. -It can be applied at other times for a deep moisturising effect and although I haven't used it for any other purposes myself, I have seen a lot of comments online about people using it for weight loss and many other things. Cons: -I'm not sure whether this is the product yet or not, but I do think that I have had a few more spots since using Albolene. Not many, but some. I am continuing to use it though and if this changes I will update it here !

Excellent stuff. Wouldn't b without it. Much better than vaseline and my skin feels and looks really healthy afterwards too. A little goes a long way but I'm getting through it quickly... Totally addicted to it. I really love using this stuff and wish I'd used it sooner. The tub arrived broken (probably a fault with delivery rather than the seller) but the seller sorted this out for me straightaway. Great service and great product. Highly recommended.

Wow this product is great! My skin is very dry, sensitive and acne prone and it’s extremely difficult for me to find a skincare product that doesn’t make me breakout. For some reason my skin doesn’t agree with a lot of those fancy products. This one is simple and does what it says. It removes my makeup/sunscreen and keeps my skin hydrated. And it doesn’t break me out! It’s very gentle on the eyes too. No stinging or blurry vision. I use this as my first cleanse. I rub it all over my dry skin with makeup on and then run a washcloth under warm water to gently wipe it off. Then I go in with my gentle gel cleanser. Leaves a little bit of oily film but my dry skin is ok with that. Very large container so it should last a long time. Great value for money compared to many other oil cleaners. This brand has been around for years too!!!

LOVE THIS PRODUCT I grew up watching my grandmother use cold cream on her face nightly, I knew there was a secret to apply a similar product because at the age of 94 she looked much younger than those that were 20 years younger than her. I have been using cold cream on and off over the years and think it is an okay product but I was never over impressed with it, hence the on and off use. I heard about this product through an older woman who talked about that it had been around for a long time, so it must be a good product. I google searched and was thrilled to see that it was sold on Amazon and has amazing reviews! I bought this product and have been using it nightly on my face, neck, and chest to combat aging skin and prevent damaging wrinkles that would likely otherwise occur from being in the sun so often. I put on the product- which is very thick- then wipe off with a hot damp washcloth. ALL of my makeup comes off immediately and leaves me with a smooth and silky feel. Some other reviews that I read stated that this was too thick and left a residue on their face. I find that it leaves no more than any other moisturizer I have ever used, including some of the really thin based and expensive ones. Immediately my face started appearing less fatigued and developed almost a glow to it, without makeup on. I also have noticed that even with light makeup on it appears I am wearing a highlighter, and Im not! I am confident that this product is great for taking care of my skin and I will continue to use it. I know there are multiple uses for this product but I have only used it for facial, neck and chest skin care to prevent wrinkles. I will update if I decide to try any other uses that are mentioned on the previous reviews.
