HG drain and plug unblocker 1L

My shower was blocked and couldn’t budge it with a sink snake or mr muscle. Used this product over night and it’s the first time in weeks my shower hasn’t clogged up during shower time, would definitely recommend.

Trusted brand and we a lot of their products in our house so when I got fed up of the washing machine smelling on the rinse and spin cycle I looked at what I could use. I had already exhausted the usual methods (cleaning out the filter, running a clean cycle, flushing out the drains, cleaning the drum, using white vinegar etc). I was pleased to find another HG product to add to my collection that I could just pour and leave. The instructions on the bottle say use 500ml which is IMO totally excessive unless your drain is severely blocked. I used about half a mug full. It then says leave for 5 minutes and rinse with warm water. If you follow these instruction the product will be ok, at best. However, if you want it to work brilliantly you just need to leave it longer! It’s that simple. I poured it into the washing machine drain early morning and flushed it out on a rinse cycle early afternoon. It’s now been 3 washes later and no smells.If you do have a blockage that won’t permit anything to go down at all, it says to fill the sink with water and add 500ml and leave overnight. The liquid will sink as it’s heavier than water and this, along with the weight of the water, will force the liquid down to unblock the sink.It also says if your blockage is really bad then pick the kitchen drain unblocker not the bathroom one so I think the kitchen one must be stronger and I will buy that one next time and just use less.Final point, it says it’s ok for plastic drains but be careful if leaving in a sink overnight as it may react with some materials. You may want to do a spot test before using if you have a fancy sink.Great price for 1ltr when most sellers are selling for the same price for 500ml.I’ve knocked one star off for the instructions as most people will rely on these and may not get the results they want after 5 minutes.

This is the only product I’ve found that has worked great on my drains. Drain was super blocked to the point the tub would fill up just below my knees by the time I finished showering. Poured the solution the night before and gave it a rinse with hot water in the morning and the magic was done. Super effective. Always keep returning to this

This drain clearing liquid is great. You get 2 doses in one bottle. We used it on our shower, and after 5 minutes - voila. First rate.
