I tested this to see how well it would work to replace 0603 SMD ceramic capacitors on a PS5 PCB that suffered the "turns on for 2 seconds and then immediately shuts off" problem. Although the melting point of this product is 183 C, users should consider the situation it is being used for and adjust accordingly. Some pads (like PS5 copper pads) act as a heat sink and draw heat away from the solder joint requiring more heat. In my test, I started at 183 C and incrementally worked my way to 425 C before the paste finally melted. Once I got to the right temperature for this PCB, the product worked exactly as advertised. I was impressed with the results and how easy it was to use. After replacing two capacitors with this product, the console started right up and runs without issue.

This lead solder is easier to use than regular solder. It helps adhere board level electronics and repair most items. It seems to be great for any board electrical project. This has a cooler melting point I used a lighter and the solder turned into liquid so that was very convenient. Great value for the money two thumbs up!

Is a bit thick. But I have read if you take a little flux and mix it before you apply it, make the job flow a little better.

It's been working great for my surface mount soldering.

Less than 1 year and the paste is so dried out it wont come out of the tube anymore.

1st time using this stuff... When I figured out what I was doing, this stuff is magic. No wonder how component level repairs are possible. I was actually semi successful using normal soldering iron and rosin-core solder on some tiny things, lol. Now, using this, it's feels like I'm cheating.

The syringe works well and the paste flows smoothly. I use it for reballing and have never had any issues. This is great for hobbyists and professionals alike. The two tip types are also helpful for different applications.

Wow, very impressed.. makes soldering tiny components so much easier, it's basically like having a 3rd hand to feed the solder in for you.. AMAZING.

Je n'ai utilisé que quelques fois, ça bien été semble un bon produit et tient facilement et durçit bien! j'ai dû forcer un peu la 2e utilisation car cela avec comme un peu durçit sur la pointe, il devrait y avoir un meilleur capuchon.!

J'avais des doutes que cela marcherais aussi bien que dans les vidéos mais pas aussi facile mais asser facile même pour les débutant etvfait de très bonne jobs
