Perfect
They really seem to work. I stress my body with intense competitive sport and often feel as though I am on the cusp of a cold. Since taking these every day there has been a noticeable difference where I feel healthy all the time. Very happy. I looked around for what looked like a quality product, but at the same time there were many that were way more expensive. Pleased with my choice here.

Good immune support
I have been using this product for quite a few years now. As I suffer with Acid Reflux, it needs to 'agree' with my digestion - and it does. Interestingly, it also has the (bonus) effect of reducing my hot flushes by around 50%. Although the capsules are large, because they are bullet shaped and have a plastic coating, I do not find them difficult to swallow. Recent supply problems with my current source have resulted in me placing an order with Amazon, which I will continue to do.

Bang on immune support supplement
I've been using Solgar products for nigh on 30 years due to their research and high standards. This formula is right on the button for key immune support nutrients relevant to the current times the world is going through. I've been using it since it came on the market last year and (along with good diet and lifestyle practices) haven't even experienced the winter flu or cold! This is a supplement that is core for me.
