Great product but be warned may cause insomnia!
After taking up German Volume Training, being exhausted by it and finding it sometimes difficult to get a good night sleep, I did the research for products that would help me get some good shut eye and aid recovery. I came across this product which was highly recommended by body builders etc claiming they have the best sleep ever on these and feel great in the morningUnfortunately for me (and many other people looking on forums) they caused me to have insomnia, a night of tossing and turning, after 3 days of taking these before bed and feeling like a zombie due to lack of sleep it finally clicked it must be this product! I checked on google 'ZMA insomnia' and it wasn't just me that had this issue so I will pre advise these may cause an adverse effect to the desired.I now take these after early morning training sessions (7am) and I find they help boost my energy levels and concentration for the day

Better than most other brands. Great for recovery, sleep, testosterone. Gelatin coating not suitable for vegetarians.
Context: I bought these to enhance my recovery, testosterone and quality of sleep. I have tried several other highly rated ZMA products and this is the best so far!Overall - 4* : These gelatine (NOT suitable for vegetarian) covered capsules are easier to swallow than most. My sleep quality has improved in that I sleep faster and wake up more fresh. Result!Quality - 4* : The ZMA is of better quality than the four other products that I have tried so far including Kinetica and Reflex. The gelatine coating allows for easier swallowing - although I have had tablets get stuck in my throat.Value for money - 4* : Middle of the road price for these ZMA tablets but, it's the ingredients that set it apart from the rest.

Hard pill to swallow
The effects of this product work well however the size of the pills is pretty bewildering. I had to check if they were for horses before swallowing them down.I assume it's a scheme to appeal to big hard bodybuilders who can swallow big things.I usually squeeze them a bit as I find it helps them to go down easier.They work well other than this I find within short time they make me relaxed and ready to sleep.

After 20 days I'm lifting 20% heavier than before.
Wow - this stuff has pushed me into another level, after plateauing for a while. I'm lifting roughly 20% heavier weights and have been taking it for about 20 days now. I have had some rather vivid and unpleasant dreams when I first started using it, which has been noted by other users on various body building forums. It also makes me need to get out of bed to go to the toilet in the middle of the night, so there are some side - effects.The pills are rather large, and three (men) or two (women) are supposed to be taken at bedtime with water, as it can dehydrate. I use it in conjunction with protein powder and amino acid supplements.

Great product if you can swallow them.
Fairly good product but the are pretty large so not the easiest to swallow. Does what it says and delivers the good sleep wise etc.

Excellent with careful use.
Fantastic results after only one serving, better strength and duration in my next workout but the insomnia others have noticed starts after about three days. The only thing you really need to know is not to take any caffeine after about 18:30 in the evening and you should be fine, otherwise you fall asleep in front of the telly the next evening from not sleeping enough the night before and ruin your schedule.I stack these with the CTMX creatine and am seeing great results.

They work well as a recovery aid.They do leave you feeling dehydrated if you don't drink enough water in the evening before taking them and within about 10 mins of taking, my eyes start to sting (like when you are really tired) which is good because I close my eyes to relieve the sting and fall asleep quickly.My sleep quality has also improved since taking these. I have more vivid dreams and tend to sleep until my body is ready to stop sleeping rather than waking up when my alarm goes of and hitting the snooze button for the next hour.

This works for me every time 👍 good sleep and good recovery 😎 if I could only take one Supplement ZMA from SCI-MX would be my choice for sure 😉 tried other makes but none work for me like this formula 😀
