will this case fit the noctva NH-D15

No, unfortunately the max height for CPU coolers you can use in this case is 160mm. The NH-D15 is 165mm. The NH-U12S should fit but it may be close at 158mm and im not sure how comfortable I'd be with the heatpipes being so close to the glass.

I can't find the usb, internal fan or power led cables to connect to my motherboard, can anyone tell me where they are or a photo?

they are usually hidden behind the motherboard tray and tucked under the power supply shroud.

Will it fit the arctic freezer 240?

I use the NZXT kraken 62 240mm so yes it should depending on where you place it. it fits at the front if you don’t have a triple fan gpu (if you do it’s a tight fit)

Could I fit my 280mm water cooled radiator in the case?

Yes though itll have to go on the front side of the case theres no space for the top of the case for a 280 rad due to the Motherboard
