As for me, the doll was ok, as I don't exactly know who Ladybug is, but my Goddaughter Sofia was over the moon!Delivery was quick and the product arrived in perfect condition.

Bought as a birthday present for daughter, arrived on time, product is of good sound quality, will update if any changes, only minor gripe is took awhile to get into the packaging but like I said it is minor better that way than product being damaged. Very happy daughter, very happy parent :)

Can Bandai answer my daughter's question to gain an extra 2 stars? "Where are her Miraculous's?" My daughter noticed her main source of power her Miraculous earrings are missing. Not on the doll at all!! Quality control needs to look in to this!
