tested these in the highlands of Scotland on my motorcycle, and they made the difference on the second day, compared to the foggy edges on my videos on the first day. My only skepticism about these is that they are probably a bit bulkier than they should, as its a bit of a pain sometimes to close the camera inside its enclosure. otherwise, all good. haven't heated them yet

Bought these anti fog inserts for using with my Hero 3+ Black Edition, my main reason was that when I’m snowboarding in the past the casing has fogged up so after purchasing the inserts and using the recently at Glencoe Mountain Resort I had no issues of fogging whatsoever, the only issue that I came across was that I had to separate 1 of the inserts so that I could slot it into the side of the case on the lens side where the charging port/hdmi and memory card slot is, as I had difficulty when trying to put the insert in between the case & camera, once I had separated the insert it fitted in well

Just returned from holiday where I used the inserts for the first time whilst snorkelling in the sea. I put them inside the waterproof housing of my Sony action cam - just in case there was any leakage or fogging. Very pleased to say neither occurred. Would happily buy this product again and only knocked one star off because you cannot reseal the packaging & I did not need to use more than 2.

Packed in a sealed package, with 4 separate segments. 5 of these pads in each.You can keep reusing them. When they are saturated, dry them in an oven at 300F or 150C for only 5 minutes.Job Done.They work in GoPros and Action cameras.One up either side, or one on the side nearest the lens covering the memory card and microphone on mine, but this is not a problem to me, as I record all audio on my Zoom H2N.As long as I get 2 inside that waterproof case, then I know from past experience, I get no condensation in there and no misting on my lenses.Go get some.

great product for the hero series. they fit under the camera inside the housing with no problem.only issue is they are packed in groups of 5, that means once you open you have 5 inserts absorbing moisture from the environment, at most i put two in the camera but one would probably have been enough, they go soft and start to crumble after a few days use in the housing so make sure you don't get any in the o-ring at this point.effectively you're buying 4 inserts for this price not 20 as you can't use them one by one. It would be more efficient to package in groups of 2 or even single, instead of having basically just 4 sets.

These are pretty straightforward.I've bought them because I think I got a good price for them.They are bigger that the ones I already have. I assume in order to suck up more moisture.When done with them throw them in the microwave for 1 minute on a plate and you're done.I would recommend to have 1 or more zip-lock bags for them as you have to keep them out of moisture until used.I've used stuff like this in Cuba and they were of great help.If you do not keep them put of moisture you will find them soggy.

I really like these and they work wonders for the fogging issues I had when surfing and snowboarding. I wish they packed them more individually though. when you open up a new bunch of these and only use 1 or 2 of the 4 or so that is in its own air tight cell the others go to waste while waiting to be used.

Not much to say regarding this product other than if you are going to be recording in a hot or wet environment, this is a must. Great value for money keeping your camera lens condensation free allowing. you to capture good footage.
