Item arrived nicely wrapped in a presentable box. The shower head feels a little heavier which to me is good because I find the light ones to be of a poor quality. The shower head looks and feels very well made, very happy as in terms of quality on this product, it actually feels and looks high quality and for £7 you can’t moan at that! This shower head is also very easy to apply to my shower hose. It fits nice and snug, no leakage, looks good and most of all the pressure is way bette & stronger than expected, it’s even better than my last shower head and that one cost more and didn't even last that long. However this one feels very durable and I reckon I won’t need to replace the shower head as quick as I did this time round. I’m very very happy, this item is beyond what I expected for a very cheap price. Thank you so much! 5 stars 🤩

Bought this to replace my old shower head that had become clogged with limescale. This one was cheap and easy to fit, and it works fine. The pressure is decent – not amazing, but good enough for everyday use. It feels a bit lighter than my last one, but it does the job and the spray is even. For the price, I can’t complain.

Absolutely blown away how good this is for price. After living with a drippy shower head it was nice to have the normal flow, but the different setting are fantastic. One looks like it’s twisting the water to provide a massage. All around great shower head, I even bought a second one to have in cupboard!

Decent quality for the low cost and all five settings give a nice choice for the user. Be aware that there is no rubber washer included should you require a replacement.

What an easy installation of this shower head. The spray options are simple and easy to use and it doesn’t leak which is a great thing. and it’s so easy to clean

Having got a new combi boiler fitted with over 16ltr/m flow rate for the hot water we decided to change the old Mira 3 function shower head for something with a little more oomph. I have included two photos, one showing this new H&S head fitted and the other with our old Mira shower head. They illustrate the biggest issue that we have had with this shower head, unless your support bracket has a massive range of tilt options then you will find it most difficult to direct the water down towards the floor and not against the curtain or panel of the shower, leaving you almost dry...! Our support bracket does tilt quite a bit and then the head appears to be almost in the correct position, but once the water is turned on then that lifts it to a more tilted angle for the a lot of the spray to be directed at the shower curtain. Putting the above aside, we live in a soft water area and so get no build up of any deposits, the usefulness of the five types of spray options is always going to be subjective in how people like them but all that we wanted was a function which let as much water out as possible, evenly, across the whole head of the spray. In that respect we feel that the old Mira 3 function unit that we have had for many years is more appropriate. Overall the build quality of the unit is good, not sure if this is typical but you do not get a new washer with the head - so retain your old one. The fitting to the pipe is precise and tight and as the pipe fits into our retaining bracket and not the arm of the shower head then the fitting is good. The shape of the body, in not being curved, is a particular problem, as noted, so be prepared for that as you will need to have a retaining bracket with a large range of tilt to accommodate it. This is not possible for us. If you look at my third photo you will see that our retaining bracket is on its most tilted selection and yet the shower head is not pointing down, made worse when the water is turned on. The usefulness of the spray patterns, five being possible, does not provide us what we need, as described. The cost of the unit is surprisingly cheap and if you can overcome the mounting issues then it might be worth considering. For us it did not work though. Hope that this review is helpful.
