CSI: NY - The Complete First Season

Just wish that all the seasons were available in blu-Ray.

Only a single top seal that looked fake with bad print, a different plastic to usual that ripped into small pieces instead of along the perforation. No cellophane wrap and box was dirty.All discs had marks on them from the back of the spindle on the other side, disc 1 had scratches, disc 2 had fingerprints and disc 5 looked like it was wiped with a greasy cloth.All episodes seem to play okay after cleaning, but not what I expected when buying an item advertised as "new".

Received next day. Case was damaged internally and cover was gouged. Discs 1 & 2 looked perfect but had pixelations so it was manufacturing defect. - Returned. Was too bad as what I could see it looked good.

Ok transfer of what was a great first season. Glad to have any season on Blu just wish the transfer was a bit better. Low bit rate and you can tell, motion is poor and sometimes jittery. If I could break down the review I would give the show 4 stars out of 5 and the transfer 2 stars.

Love this series, it's the one that started it all. Love this season as well, many great episodes, too many to choose my favourite from.

Exelent choice for the price I paid. Bluray format gives you HD quality of video and 5.1 sound. There is no French support thought: Englich and Spanish for North American market.
