Perfect for waffles
Mix into waffle dough just before cooking for perfect Liege style waffles. Very happy and finally making the waffles I always imagined making when I got a waffle maker a few years ago. The family are very happy! Good for topping other home made cakes and pastries too for a sweet crunch.

Nibbed sugar 500
This is exactly what I needed for my cake topping. The nibbed sugar arrived well packed and within the time frame. These were to be made into coloured crystals spilling from a small urn. It was a cake decoration for a jewellery maker . They looked fantastic when coloured up. I would buy these again for putting on cake toppings, therefore it's 5* from me folks.

Not as expected
This item arrived poorly packaged and as a result most of the contents had spilled out - a refund was made promptly. The small amount left in the box that was useable, wasn’t great. It sort of got soft and spread out rather than staying as large granular sugar crystals. I would not buy this item again.
