What is the size of this doll please

I believe it is around 30cm but is now in grandaughters house. Both 3 and 4 yesr olds still plsy with it but definitely a nice size for smaller hands to hold too

Have just received the doll and it seems that the voice box is tucked just under the romper suit so it feels very hard and boxey. Is this correct?
