Have lost over a stone in 3 weeks combing these with SlimfastPreviuously, Slimfast was not enough and I would snack, these help me feel full and kill the need to snack...helping reprograme my brain and my stomach long termThey are not the easiest to swallow, but i have learnt to take a gulp of water, then the tablet and knock them back with a glass of water....dont try any take them like painkillers, you need to wash them down, and the water is for the expansion tooI have rebought these

These have a good formulation. Not miracle pills, but a subtle fat loss aid.

They don’t work. I ate what I usually eat (chicken, fish, fruits and vegetables) and gained half a lb. I didn’t lose any weight at all. It’s a bit ironic that a “weight loss” capsule actually contributed to me gaining weight, albeit a small amount, but it’s not the result I was hoping for at all!

These are not too strong and suitable for me, I’m a bit sensitive to stimulants

Although I did lose 4 pounds in 2 weeks I was also following a healthy diet plan so I am not sure if these helped or not. However they are safe , no bad ingredients but you are required to take them throughout the day and I had to set a timer on my phone to remind me to have the capsules 3 times a day with water. They were easy to swallow and you get a lot in the pack. May be good as a boost to your weight loss if starting a diet.

I have been on a weight loss diet for a few weeks now and am slowly making progress. I had already tried taking a different tablet containing raspberries before, but this one has other ingredients too. You take two capsules 3 times a day with water, I took two before I prepared food so that by the time it was ready, and I was organised the timing would be correct. I have been taking these for just over a week now, I lost just under 2lb, but I lose that normally with diet and exercise so n o real benefit from taking these so far. It’s early days though so I will continue, if things improve, I shall update my review.

With lockdown weight increasing I thought I would try something to kickstart weight loss while changing to a healthy diet. Easy to swallow. No bad aftertaste but no contribution to weight loss at all. Not for me.
