Great for coronavirus disinfecting! Nice product. Good seller.
Excellent bathroom deep cleaning! Used the steamer top to bottom for 3 hours - the squidgy attachment is durable, which I used together with the cloth. You can press the steam button gently or completely for desired level of steam. Refill was easy - at about approx. 90% tank you notice the steam is not as powerful, so you just expel the remaining steam and refill as instructed. I had bought extra 3 cloths and I would recommend doing this because I imagine the 1 cloth provided would naturally get very worn out!!Suitable for 100% virus/bacteria disinfecting - used on door handles, windows and dirty doors - the dirt just melted away - amazing - and the metal was really hot so definitely killed any microbes! There was another review about this steamer releasing more steam than other steamers, which I agree with having owned another 180GBP steamer before, but for 40GBP this steamer really is a bargain, fit for purpose and the residual water was not a nuisance since it dries up. Cable is 4 meters which helped a lot, longer than other steamers I checked out (almost all others were only 3 meters).Tip learnt - hold the steamer upright or nozzle angled upwards 45 degrees so that only the hottest steam is released. I found that when I pointed the steamer downwards more watery steam was released, hence excessive water.Courier (DPD) lost my first order. I messaged to highlight this to the seller who immediately refunded (48 hours) and recommended the fastest resolution - place a new order. I hesitated about using the same seller but my rational mind realized this had been a courier issue and I decided to give the seller the benefit of the doubt, it was out of the seller's control after all. Day 1 I placed another order. Day 2 seller pretty much immediately dispatched via expedited service (next day), which I appreciated having waited for over a week already. Day 3 received delivery. All in all, was happy with the product and with the way the seller handled the courier issue - great little device, would recommend!

I thought my house was clean!!
I purchased this steam cleaner for myself to use at home. I have some OCD tendencies and always fancied one so in the pre Christmas sales when I noticed it was half price - I just felt I had to. It is a good size and is good quality. It's a little smaller than a standard kettle - approximately like a large travel kettle. It fills with 200ml max per time and the cable is long - a little shorter than my vacuum cleaner - we have a long kitchen and bathrooms with no plug outlets - large rooms are no problem, and the cable is long enough you can plug it into an outlet outside of a bathroom and still have plenty of cable. It heats up quick - I would say 2 or 3 minutes at the most - a little light on the bottom goes from orange to green to tell you it's ready.I started in the kitchen, as I was going to be able to use every tool (except the cloth attachment). I'd recommend having a good look at the instructions, which are minimal - but tells you what tools are best for individual jobs.I would start with the stove or over and be mindful of the order you do things - I half started the tiles when I realized I was going to make a mess with the stove (and I made a big big mess!) a lot of the grease and dirt that's really in there tends to flick and fly, so I'd suggest protecting surfaces you've already done with a clean towel or making a mess on something you're about to clean anyway. It worked wonders on the stove, the tiny angled attachment was great for little nooks under the burners and the wire brush attachment worked great on the metal fame top and the tops of the burners. I wouldn't use it on stainless steel though as it is likely to leave massive scratches. The window squeegee is brilliant, but I had to wipe up excess water - but this takes the use of chemicals out and does it quick. There is a scraper tool that worked well for under the top cupboards were some grease had built up.I used the thin bristle brush and round bristle brush to do tiles - and have to say this is where it is a let down. Above my stovetop there was a lot of built up grease in the grout and when you start really scrubbing the bristles are just not strong enough for the job - they fray all over the place and I had to clean it in a bowl with boiled soapy water. I eventually gave up that and would spray steam and use a toothbrush with dish soap on it to do the grout then steam again. It worked really well this way, just mind pushing all the dirt in one direction. I would say these bristles aren't going to last long unless you very literally currently have a spotless house and will use it often. I think the wire brush will go eventually, but I think with all of the brushes it would be cheaper to buy a handheld brush and use it with the steam cleaner.Sometimes if you're just steaming things with no attachment the steam runs out quite quickly and you have I wait a few minutes - sometimes this is a sign you need more water. Only way really to judge is by how heavy it is.Now - the obvious - be careful with it! I burnt my hand during the first use by being a bit stupid. It is robust and to be honest you don't really feel the heat. I went to refill it (with it being unplugged) and I should have waited a few more minutes to let it cool down. I put some water in too quickly and it bubbled back up and I went to dry it with a towel quick as it was going everywhere and put my fingers directly on top of where steam was escaping. It does make you feel quite safe, and I think if you're going to get hurt - it won't be a halfway thing - you will hurt yourself. So read the instructions!!! And be safe.Overall it I have had way too much fun cleaning and am so excited to continue using it. It is impressive for the price and good quality. The brushes are a let down, I had a look for replacement attachments and it would be far cheaper just to buy a robust brush. I love it. I'm really happy. It's great for at home use and if you're looking for a low cost high quality steam cleaner - I would highly recommend this one!

Brilliant little steamer
Actually, I didn't buy this to clean. I bought it for baking bread. Bread needs steam to develop a great crust, and this is the perfect alternative to an expensive commercial oven with steam injection. However, I have used it to clean things just to try it out, and it works very well. It has 4 bars of pressure, the jet coming out is quite strong for a small steam cleaner, and you get a lot of steam from 1 fill. Heating time is fast, a few minutes and it is ready to use. The steam is only really hot when it is very close to the nozzle, understandably, so don't be surprised if you stick your hand in the steam and find it only warmish. You'll get burned if you try the same thing right up next to the nozzle. The power cord is nice and long, good for smallish to medium sized rooms, the device itself is a little bit smaller than an electric kettle, and quite easy to hold and use. While I mentioned the steam jet is quite powerful, it will not blast mildew and mold off surfaces, nor was it intended to do that. You're supposed to steam it to kill/disinfect nasties, then wipe with a cloth or brush. It will however easily get stuck or burnt-on bits of food off your pots and pans. For my needs, this is perfect.
