Q: sorry bit confused here does this mop head come complete with handle

No it does not come with a handle or a telescopic handle, it’s just the head! Shocking, £7 for a head only! I got ripped off!

Q: How do you make the handle stay the length you want it? Mine keeps collapsing to its smallest size !

We have had one for years. Push down hard and twist. Once you untwist you should be able set the length and twist it to set the correct height. Fiddley but we've had a similar one with changeable heads for 12 years.
