I got the unflavourd as it is less calories and no sugar or sweetners plus you get more protein in each serving. I have my shaker bottle and i do not get any lumps... nice and smooth. I have put on just over a stone in weight by using this bulk protein for two months. The price is real good too.

I am writing this purely from a taste perspective. I am not able to comment on quality and purity of the product. A year and a half ago I purchased Optimum double chocolate as my first protein powder. I struggled to drink it given the excess sweetness from atificial sweetners. Over time I managed to finish the large tin by having it once in a while. Only time I managed to enjoy drinking it was to mix it with avacado milk shake. That balances the excess sweetness and gives nice chocolate milkshake taste. Once it was gone, I wanted to try out unsweetened protein powder as artifical sweetners are worse than regular sweetners and has other health impacts. This bulk product mixes well when shaken but not when stirred. It reminds me of horlicks from childhood due to its malty taste. Anyone with sweet tooth or those who enjoy sweetened protein powder might find this bland. Because of its malty taste, I really look forward to drinking this everyday. Overall it meets my personal preference of malty taste with no articial sweetners.

I've bought this a few times now, and have had no problems with it. It mixes fine, tastes typically revolting (that's how you know it's doing you good), and is well-priced in comparison to many other bags of whey on the market. If the label is accurate - and trusting the label is the best most of us can do - the nutritional values are as we'd want them to be. I've experienced no digestive issues. Over the past few months of using it, I've definitely gained muscle because my lifts have gone up... but, y'know, I've also been working out consistently and eating an OK diet... so how much of the gains are attributable to the protein powder is anyone's guess! But it must have made some contribution.

I've ordered the unflavoured version for years, even though I have noticed inconsistency in taste from time to time. But the latest pack I opened contained powder that was extremely sweet as if sweetener was added to it. This was the last straw, I've cancelled my subscription.

Ich mische gerne Flavordrops oder Flavour Powder dazu und habe so volle Kontrolle über Geschmack und Süße. Die Löslichkeit ist wirklich sehr gut. Es rührt sich sauber ein, ohne stark zu klumpen, egal ob im Shaker oder Mixer. Nach ein paar Minuten wird der Shake etwas dicker, was ich als angenehm empfinde, weil er dadurch fluffiger wird und sich gut trinken lässt. Auch in Rezepten funktioniert das Pulver gut, zum Beispiel beim Backen oder in cremigen Mischungen, weil es geschmacksneutral bleibt und nichts überdeckt. Laut Zutatenliste handelt es sich um ein reines Whey-Konzentrat ohne zugesetzte Süßstoffe oder Aromen. Entsprechend sind auch keine Zuckerersatzstoffe enthalten, was für mich ein klarer Pluspunkt ist. Der Zuckergehalt ist sehr niedrig und ergibt sich nur aus dem Rohstoff selbst. Pro Portion liefert das Pulver eine solide Menge Protein und enthält ein vollständiges Aminosäurenprofil. Dazu gehören auch die verzweigtkettigen Aminosäuren Leucin, Isoleucin und Valin, wie sie für Whey typisch sind. Insgesamt wirkt die Zusammensetzung klar und auf das Wesentliche reduziert. Preislich finde ich das Ganze sehr fair für das, was man bekommt. Für ein neutrales Whey mit guter Löslichkeit, sauberer Zusammensetzung und vielseitigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten hat mich dieses Pulver überzeugt.

Das Pulver riecht sehr neutral und schmeckt auch sehr neutral, was genau mein Wunsch war. Löst sich im Smothie Maker super auf, ohne zu Klumpen. Wie es in einem Shaker ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Ein Stern abzug, da sich meine Verpackung nicht schließen lässt (Verschluss wohl defekt).
