Bright, but not as tall as I was expecting
Used this for a headdress and they did the job. Lots of different colours and they were nice and bright. My only complaint was that they weren’t as tall as I expected, more like mini feathers!

Not 14cm
Bright colours but not as big as described. Only the one or two biggest ones stretched to 14cm the rest were around 10 to 12cm with some as small as 7cm.
