What is the size of the actual jumping surface? Is it large enough for an adult?

The jumping surface is. 27”. Plenty big for an adult … unless you are doing gymnastic flips. I was initially concerned about the size but it has turned out to be just right for a 66 year old woman.

Do you sell replacement legs?

You can contact the seller to get the replacement legs. They will send them to you ASAP. I have gotten the replacement legs.

Is it missing the foam safety padding that most trampolines have around the circumference?

Mine does not have safety padding.

There are conflicting answers about the height. How tall is it actually?

I love my Mini Trampoline and use it all the time. I just measured the height of the trampoline and come up with 12 inches of the ground.
