Sturdy stool. Folds up easy . Can stoor easily.None slip. Gives me a good few extra inches in hight. I feel safe on it.

Ive had two of the other brand of these stills and they've both broken within 6 months.This brand is far more robustly built, it even has steel rods reinforcing the hinge pointsIt's considerably heavier than the other brands but that reassuring that it might actually last

Easy to open and close, and narrow enough to hide away between freezer and kitchen unit. Very useful for top shelves in cupboards and comfortable to sit on to view lower shelves - a very handy little stool.

Really pleased with this, feels really sturdy. I purchased a smaller one in the past but the quality of this one surpasses it. Feel safe using it. The height is perfect as the average stool just wasn’t high enough for me. Only used on carpet so far so can’t comment on it being non slip

We have a smaller step stool of 9" high - see picture for comparisonThis Salter Large Folding step stool is 14.25" high 36cms and is considerably larger than the 9" one.So an extra 5" taller and you will feel like you are so much higher.We looked at taller step stools of 15"-16" and frankly there is a point where a step stool becomes unsafe and although cheaper than this £15.00 Salter Step stool (June 2023), their feedback leaves a lot to be desired with their 'shiny ' plastic..........This feels marginally heavy/robust - The sides 'lock in', but are not completely flat, and stepping up on these feels reassuring that it will not collapse.There are small rubber gripper feet at each corner in the base and 'Grip Dots' on the tread surfaceThere is a 5-year warranty if you register with Salter onlineThe colour is pleasant too!
