This is exactly what I ordered, no complaints on the product but the bottle was leaking everywhere. The company had it wrapped good in plastic. The delivery truck had added more plastic wrap. Just lost some of the product.

Worked just fine cleaning my Hoshizaki Ice maker.

This cleaning product seems to be for professional/ commercial use only. Based on its written guidance it is not safe or usable for most residential surfaces.

This chemical is hard to find at decent price. Takes a little longer to receive, but worth it.

Product arrived well protected and sealed to prevent toxic chemical leaks or spills. As advertised. Would purchase again.

There was lliquid in the bottle of the bag that the bottle was in, as well as visible bleach stains and liquid deterioration of the shipping box.

This product is strong and should only be used on hard, non porous surfaces. The smell can linger for awhile if used on something non-porous.
