taste's ok better than I was expecting, not very thick. didn't get a scoop so used a scoop from a different brand of weight lose shakes had to convert the weight from ml to grams so only used 1 scoop. finger's crossed it's as good as I've been told and I haven't wasted over £30 on a pouch of powder for nothing that clearly states not to be sold separately, if it does what its meant to will be buying from the proper site next time through a rep

The seal was just dodgy. I prefer to just pay £ 36 a month to get a 4 month supply. Better that way. I know it comes from a safe source and no one’s tempered with it
