Picked up this set for weekend fishing trips and home prep, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. The knives came sharp right out of the box and made filleting panfish and bass pretty smooth. The curved blade definitely helps with clean cuts and working around the bones. The handles feel comfortable and grippy, even when things get a little wet, which is a big plus when you’re dealing with fish. I also like that the set gives you options depending on the size of the fish, instead of just one knife. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the blades feel a little on the flexible side for my preference, especially on bigger fish. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of if you like a stiffer knife. Overall, solid knife set for the price. Works well, feels good in the hand, and I’d recommend it to casual anglers or anyone looking for a decent fillet set without spending a ton.
