Wonderful, best buy ever, fits in my Ninja air fryer no problem. Didn't stick and the flan base slid out perfectly cooked. Highly recommend. 👍👌

Good quality
Well made, sturdy quiche tin. The perforations mean your pastry comes out lovely a crisp. I (deliberately) ordered a small size tin and there is absolutely no way it will ever distort. Would buy one again but can’t see that I’ll ever need to!

Soggy bottoms defeated
This is absolutely brilliant: I'd tried everything the get the bottom cooked adequately - yes, everything - and could see how this might work. It surpassed my greatest expectations - the first flan I blind baked but it overcooked the pastry, since then the filling goes straight into the uncooked pastry (onions, asparagus etc.) and the pastry comes out just perfect. The non-stick is also terrific making removal so easy. ******

Essential for anyone who makes quiche.
This is a brilliant, time-saving quiche baking tin. No need to bake the pastry blind, easy to extract the finished item, easy to clean and very sturdy. Also an excellent gift.

Not the best baking tin for quiche.
I have given this Quiche tin 3 stars because I can only bake full crust pies in them. For Quiche when you blind bake the crust, then put the filling in and the custard, the custard leaks out of the holes in the baking tin and over the baking tray. Okay for full crust apple pie not suitable for me anyway to bake quiche. Also I don't see much difference in the base of the pie being anymore crusty because of the holes in the tin, you will get a fully cooked bottom in your pie with a longer baking time .
