Source Naturals Phosphatidyl Choline, in Lecithin 420 mg Dietary Supplement - 180 Softgels

I have been very pleasantly surprised by these. I used to take the Nature's Way choline tabs, but I have found these to be notably more effective.I had begun to assume that any form of choline was just about as effective, as I had previously tried Alpha-GPC which is often touted as the "best" form of choline. Personally, I noticed no difference whatsoever between regular choline and AGPC. Between choline and this, however, there is a marked difference. I seem to be more focused, clearer-headed, and able to more fully enjoy the effects of my assortment of nootropic compounds - most of which function by increasing the brain's sensitivity to choline.As far as physical details go, the softgels are multivitamin-sized (about the total volume of a whole almond) with a pleasing amber color and no strong odor. I've had no issues with them sticking together or breaking open, either.I take two of these in the morning with my DMAE and Phosphidatyl Serine, along with a little yerba maté, and I'm energetic and sharp all day. Piracetam is a good compound to take with this as well!

I have used another version of this supplement before but it was liquid and messy. I wasn't sure the capsules would work, but they do. That mind fog seems to clear up when I take this. I know it sounds crazy, but it works. I love it.

I've taken this off and on, but started looking for a lower cost solution compared to another brand I was taking. These actually look the same and I swear they work better than the other brand. Just beware of taking too much, 2 a day of these can start to build up in your system. It's nothing dangerous to your health, but it can cause sleep paralysis and nightmares.

First, let me just say that I've always loved "Source Natural" products, but unfortunately, this product isn't for me. I thought that it would have more effect on my system than it did, but this form of choline just isn't as effective with my body as a liquid (or dissolved) form. I did try to break the capsules & dilute it myself, but that's just plain nasty, (no matter what I tried to mix it with), lol. So, I will still buy / support Source Natural products, I just won't buy this form of choline from them anymore. ;-)

I give this product a one star rating, it would be a zero star if that was an option. The problem is that it says it is a “soft gel“ capsule. The product I received was in a very hard capsule. The product does not expire till 2021. I used a pair scissors to cut it half and found that it was very difficult and it was more of a hard plastic like capsule. Upon cutting , it was sharp on the edges. I’m very disappointed in this product. I previously purchased this product for my health food store and I was satisfied with the quality. So, I’m wondering if I received a defective bottle or if it was a knock off. Unfortunately, it’s too late to return the unused portion.

This has no weird or bad side effects for me. I am just all around a bit smarter and happier when I am taking this. I tend to read more and think more and am able to articulate better when I take this. Everyone's body chemistry is different, what works for one does not work for others... I tried some ginsengs and other supplements and had some bad reactions & anxiety... I think I am just very sensitive to things... but this just makes me feel good. I am so glad I tried it. I will never stop taking it.

I've taken this with Neuro PS 100 by Jarrow for a few years but quit for about the last 6 months while trying another product (Solaray's Sharp Mind). I've since recently returned to this and all the brain fog I had is now totally gone and my thinking is quite clear. I recommend this product as it really seems to work well.

生活に支障はない程度ですが　認知の症状が出始めた母に購入しました。　摂取前は電話で話がいろいろと混じって　内容がわかりにくく　また不安ばかりを訴える内容が多かったのですが　摂取後二週間目の電話は物事を順序立ててわかりやすく　声のハリも感じられるほどになり　笑い声も聞けるようになりました。定期的に購入して送るつもりです。また　私たち夫婦も毎日いただいており　先日集中力に不安を覚えることがありよく考えるとその日は摂取していなかったことに気が付きました。頼りになるサプリと感じました。

まだ１ヶ月も続けてないので、効果はよくわかりません(@_@;)
