I am always skeptical about sports nutrition. This product works really well. I notice when I don't have it on hand after a hard bike ride. Works better than expected. I prefer the vanilla flavor. I mix it with a 50/50 mix of coconut water and spring water.

Catch it on sale and can’t beat it. I’ve had vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry and they’re all great! Drink it within 30 mins of running and I can tell a big difference in recovery. I love that it has protein, carbs, electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals.

A delicious recovery drink that works! I’ve never had any other flavor because I fell in love with the vanilla. I highly recommend this product. It’s a little costly, but worth every penny. Great company too, I’ve contacted customer service before and they were top notch.
