Dekala Sunrise Alarm Clock with Clock Radio, Sunrise Simulation, Sunlight Alarm Clock (Smart Version-4 Alarm Clocks)

This is exactly what I was looking for, for my 7 year old. When she is in my bed I can turn the alarm off. I can also make sure that its on at night. She loves the colors and radio. The only bad thing is that buttons on the clock are hard to read and are little.

Love this sunset alarm. I use it every night! It makes outside noises which really helps me fall asleep and you can choose from multiple other sounds. I also like how you can choose brightness of the light but I do wish you could choose brightness of all the other colors too

I like it, except my app keeps freaking out... I'll try and change something and it'll glitch and not register my input.

I was looking forward to this alarm clock as I struggle with narcolepsy & a morning routine is very difficult. I couldn't even pair this with Bluetooth to give it a try. It should not be this difficult for an alarm clock.

Recommended by a friend with good taste. It was working well for me and I really liked the app, the ability to control, and amber color of light. The only reason why I returned it was because I thought I needed one with Bluetooth capability. I was wrong.I miss the ease of the app, the campfire with crickets sounds and amber lights that don't compare to the other sunrise alarm I have now, although good, I wish I hadn't returned this one.

Five stars! I love this light so far. The color changes as it brightens are excellent. The best thing is the smart app interface. Soooo much easier than any other alarm I have. I do wish it would stay bright longer than 20 minutes once it reaches full brightness, but I've worked around that by overlapping a couple morning alarms. I only use it for the light, no sound, so can't comment on that. A real game changer for peaceful waking!

This alarm system does its job. The birds chirping get me out of the bed every morning. The light is beautiful and I love it but honestly I can’t even judge if it would help me wake up or not because the birds sounds do the job. I love that I can control everything from my app.

This product is great, just needs more deep red during sunrise and sunset. Even a way to dim the red light when you just select that color. Its either full brightness or off. Also bluetooth connectivity and a backup battery so it works during outages.

I love the radio coz it was working perfectly. But it couldn't connect to my phone. I tried every possibilities I.e connecting it to Alexa but everything couldn't work 🙃

Hands free and headache free. program via app, control via Alexa💪 small TIP Support legs are flimsy, lightweight so best to use the clock on a stable surface or against a wall. Best to buy for clock, light , not radio function ( speakers are low quality) , To phone charge, turn off the phone wifi- no need for brain damaging Wifi waves. Needs patience to program device.Can be used as wakeup light, night light, alarm, clock. Wakeup setting makes their eyes slowly open to light, and not shock them (dark=light). I have many devices on Smart life app, a universal app for smart appliances such as bulbs, clocks, and other smart units. Am training kids to wake up , and take naps on a schedule. This has 4 alarm, and help with their different needs / times/ . They get to choose and customize their songs, and colours. I ❤ to share my trials. Hope this helps ✌

This is a beautiful way to start the day. I get up ridiculously early in the morning and find it offensive to wake up to a blaring alarm. With the wake up light I find it is a much more pleasant and happy way to wake up. The present sounds on this device are pretty standard for clocks/lights of this type and easy on the ears - I rarely use them though because I usually wake up 3 minutes for the alarm sounds, because of the light.Connecting this device to the Smartlife app took less than a minute and less than 5 clicks in the app. It was very convenient and the app recognized the clock before I even had to search for it in the list of devices.I'm not wild about the way the legs 'snap' in to the base. They feel a little bit flimsy and one of the rubber stoppers fell out of one of the legs and wouldn't stick back in. Thankfully this clock came with two extra legs so I tapped in to that resource. Also I find the buttons on the clock to be too tiny for the icons to be visible. The workaround for this is to use the app for setup. Neither of these issues is a show stopper for me, but worth mentioning.

I recently purchased the Dekala Sunrise Alarm Clock and have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the sunrise/sunset simulation is a nice feature that helps me wake up and wind down at night. The FM radio and 7 natural sounds are also a great addition that provides some variety for alarm options.However, the clock is not as user-friendly as I would have liked. The instruction manual was difficult to understand, and the app remote control was not as intuitive as I had hoped. It took me a while to figure out how to set the alarms and customize the settings to my preferences.Additionally, the clock stand is not very sturdy and wobbles easily, which makes me worry about the durability of the product over time. As a heavy sleeper, I also found that the alarm wasn't loud enough for my needs and would have preferred a more aggressive wake-up sound.

The Dekala Sunrise alarm clock clock is a marvel of technology. It can lull you to sleep or wake you up with sound, light and radio, and has a USB A charging port. Remote control of the clock is possible with a smartphone app, either Smart Life or Tuya Smart. Once the app is installed, you can use Alexa for voice commands. The clock still requires a lot of work with the firmware to be a user friendly clock.Manual setup of the clock is with the 13 small buttons at the top rim. Manual setting was frustrating because the buttons were marked with tiny barely distinguishable icons. The printed icons in the user manual were also tiny indistinct icons. Adding to this the icon that appeared on the clock face was also tiny and indistinct. Manually setting the time on a common electronic clock is so easy; on the Dekala it took a while.Compared to the manual setup, controlling the clock with a Smart Life or Tuya Smart app on your smartphone is a cinch, after you have downloaded and installed the app, then paired the Dekala with it. All the settings are much easier with app. No need to set the time, as the Dekala simply adopts the network time.There are two other irritation. There is a button battery at the back of the Dekala that came preinstalled, with a plastic pull strip sticking out of the battery compartment. From experience I know that pulling the strip essentially makes the battery functional. The battery compartment is identified on page 03 of the user's manual. But the function of the battery, nor its replacement interval is mentioned anywhere. It is not a backup battery, i.e. the clock will not continue to function in case of power failure. Most likely it preserves that clock setup information so that you do not have to go through setup each time there is a power failure.The second irritation are the legs. To make the clock stand up, you have to insert two legs into two slots in the back. My pack came with four legs, with no explanation asto why I need 4 legs for 2 slots. Attaching the legs also proved to be a challenge. The legs have to be inserted properly oriented, to fit tiny matching grooves to ridges. A screwed in leg would have been easier, faster and less of a hassle, or even a screwless easier ridge-groove fit.I will wait for the Dekala to be more user friendly before making it my bedside companion. However, if you are comfortable with remote control of the Dekala with your smartphone, you can proceed to be lulled to sleep and woken up with this hi-tech clock.
