Great WiFi for the Farm in a Rural area
I have a farm that deals with the public. I bought 2 (total of 6 deco units) of these to cover a wide area on my farm land to accommodate those visitors. We placed them in sheds, outbuildings, and high buildings to cover more range and continue that WiFi link. All locations have electricity provided, otherwise, would not work. The connection is so very useful, even going very far from the original source of the WIFI connection. We use Star-Link as our provider, and honestly, StarLink is literally the BEST for rural options. My only gripe is the Deco unit seems to drop and reconnect a lot, even at the source. But, I figure, not bad for free services we offer to the public at the farm.

Not an orbi
Wanted to upgrade from my 4 yr old orbi. Did my research and chose this system. Three pcs, more coverage than i need to an 1800sqfeet house.Easy set up, app supported.Honestly it worked ok, but not what i needed. Had many drops, and disconnects.Still we run 15 devices on most daysMy wife works from home and noticed an immediate difference from my older orbi. So when she sees there’s an issue, I knew it wasn’t good.Don’t get me wrong, if you are only running 10 or less devices, this will work fine. But if you work from home, run 15+ devices, this isn’t for youAnyway replaced it with a new orbi 3 pc system, much happier.

Had an issue but it was promptly resolved
One thing to help troubleshooting at the end of this. The setup with these went really smoothly. I like the app. What I like the most is how simple they are. All three units are identical. So whichever one you plug in first because the primary router and the other ones become the satellites. So this means that you could keep on expanding if you wanted since you just need to keep adding satellites. Since these were renewed I knew there was a chance that I would run into an issue. So one of my satellites didn't work. I didn't want to send everything back to Amazon since I had already set it all up and everything else was working. So I just contacted the seller directly, spoke to a real person in Brooklyn. She sent me an RMA label for the faulty satellite, and about a week later I received a replacement satellite which worked perfectly. Also, in the meantime, all of our devices just connected to the next-closest unit, which still gave us good connections for what we needed. But now that all three are in the system again I do feel that we have better throughput wherever we go.One note you may like to know is that even if you set up your new network with the same name and password as the old one, not all of your devices will connect to it automatically. If this happened, all I had to do was turn wi-fi off and on on the device, and then it reconnected and was good. I'm sure if you understand networking this will make sense to you. But an easy fix for anyone.

Refurbish with power and price
I saved a little with a refurbish unit that works the same as a brand new one, just without all the new packaging. I don't mind because all that stuff is going into recycling or trash.Setting up the unit was easy. Although I had to reset one of the mesh unit multiple times to get it to recognize the wifi signal. I could've used one to cover the whole house (2100 sq/ft), but chose to use all three-mesh unit using one as a router and other two for support. Have not used the back haul yet due to lines are Coax connection. I did have to reconnect all my smart home devices onto the new network, it was a pain, but took time.Speeds have increased and so far, not had any drop in connection among my smart home set up. I've got one unit upstairs and the other two downstairs opposite of each other. So far everything is working great and I'm happy with performance and set up.

Very fast speeds!
First time I am using a mesh system and for how wide the house is the coverage is great. The only issue I have is like others that have mentioned if you are walking around the house and you're switching from one hub to another then there is a little lag. This is problematic if I'm actively playing pokemon go and battling someone, but how often is that. For most things that you're going to be doing around the house you're going to be stationary anyway so it's not really a big deal. FOr the price you really can't beat it especially for a mesh wifi 6e system. Also the software and UI are very easy to set up and troubleshoot. Bought a second mesh system for my sister too! Now I can troubleshoot her wifi from hundreds of miles away too.

Do NOT buy - TPLink is not reputable anymore
I have had this mesh router for over a year now and the top port on all devices are no longer functioning. This is a hardware malfunction created by a faulty firmware. TP-Link is not a reliable brand and you should be looking elsewhere. You will find this issue and other common issues on support threads along Reddit and the TP-Link support page. TP-Link will not support me because it is a refurbished product and will not honor any warranty after 90 days for this product.Save the time and stress and spend a little more on a better reliable product!
