WON’T RECHARGE!!!
Bought July 2023 and just now having to recharge. Green light fully charged but will not turn on. I noticed there are several reviews saying the same thing. Unable to get my $$$ back because it’s been 2 1/2 months but it’s just now needing recharged so you wouldn’t know if it works again until it’s too late to return it. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Electronic toothbrush/flosser
I purchased this last October, because when I read the description I thought the water came through the toothbrush simultaneously, at least, that is the way I read it. As a previous poster said it was awkward to fill the water tank, but I liked the toothbrush, didn't find it heavy or awkward, however I agree it was a little to large for my small 60's vanity, but I did use it until Thursday morning and then it died. Fortunately I have another toothbrush until I could sit down and take a look at it. There is no visible charging port anywhere on the tank, I finally found the port and I have it charging now. So far it is not taking any charge but I am not using the toothbrush charger, I can't find it so I am using another one that fits, if it doesn't work I am probably screwed because my return window has expired.

Brushing and Water Flossing in one!
The convenance of a brush and water flosser in one is a great concept. But this set is too big to travel with as it takes up a great deal of space and the weight is not suitable for travel. As we all know the way to go is to travel light. The unit is easy to use, and the battery life is not too bad. I recommend this unit for a stay at home but not if you're traveling as, it's just too much.

2- in-1 Toothbrush Cleaner
Today was my first day using the toothbrush, not bad it cleaned the food in between my teeth just like the Waterpik. It is kinda loud, so far I like I will update in a month.

Unable to keep the water hose connected to the nozzle.
This is the second one. Had to return the first as the water would not go thru the handle. This one was working ,but , Unable to keep the flossing water hose connected to the nozzle. Have to keep replacing until you can't. I was going to have them replace it again, when it occurred to me that it was Prime day and instead of the hassle of trying to fight with the water hose all the time...JUST order a different one.... Duh lol I asked them to refund the money and I ordered another kind. Still waiting for the refund of 60 plus dollars. They were very understanding.

An ergonomic failure.
The unit is relatively heavy, roughly 30% heavier than a sonic vibrating competitor. It's slippery when wet and it does get wet when flossing. The brush head is cumbersome when compared to my old Oral-B rotating brush. It is also softer than I prefer.Filling the water tank requires 2 hands. You cannot simply lift the water container off the base and move to the faucet, you have to hold the base down. If you do not use all the water in the tank it will drain back out the hose when you unhook it. And you must unhook the hose to stand upright, it's so short the hose will pull the power unit around. Well maybe if you're less than 5 ft tall it might not be an issue.Lastly, the time out function pi$$@$ me off. I will tell the machine when I am done. I will not accept any machine dictating to me.Bottom line, I use it about twice a week for the flossing function and occasionally supplement with the old Oral-B because it does a much better job of gum massage/stimulation.

I love it but I need more brush heads
It works great and the water pressure is good. But I can’t find where to get more brush heads that will work with it.
