I can't say enough great things about my Aera! The scent capsules last so long, making it a great investment. The fragrances are absolutely gorgeous and give off a luxurious vibe that fills my entire space. It’s definitely better than any candles, plug-ins, or diffusers I’ve tried before. Every time someone walks into my home, they mention how fresh and inviting it smells. Of course I have my Aera to thank.The packaging it came in was well designed and came with a set up pamphlet. I was surprised to see they gift 4 free mini fragrances to test out; such a nice touch. I’ll definitely be buying MoonDance!The machine is super easy to set up, and the app makes it even better. I love that I can set schedules and check how much fragrance is left from my phone. Overall, this is hands down the best fragrance device I've ever owned!

This is a great diffuser! I would highly recommend this product to anyone with a sensitive nose looking to elevate their space. The aera is quiet and diffuses the scents really well throughout our living room, filling the whole space without being over powering. I love how I can control the schedule from my app so I’m never wasting scents. I also find that other diffuses make me sneeze while the aera doesn’t irritate my nose or allergies at all. It’s sleek and well-built, blending in well with our decor. Couldn’t go back to other diffusers now that I have the aera!

Update: Aera did send me a new diffuser, but the same problems exist. The most current new cartridge I bought did not load into the diffuser and the chat help told me they were a new design and that my rather new diffuser might not recognize the new design.. After telling me they would send me a direct contact to speak with, (that was actually just a central email address only) I found they didn’t respond to my follow up to return the cartridge. Since I bought the cartridge on Amazon, I just started return process here annd hope it will be accepted. Overall,, this diffuser system is not worth all the problems it has. Poor design, ineffective app and less than great customer service. I sincerely don’t recommend its purchase.I actually liked the Aera device while it worked. I had it set up at the entry of my house to offer up a clean scent when people entered. And while it really did not extend that scent into the house, it served the purpose of adding scent to the entry way. I had it set up to go on for a few hours in the morning and then again in the evening. Using the app was less than satisfying - it fell offline quite a few times and I was not quite sure if the sensor was correct in telling me how much of the cartridge was left. I ordered some newer scent cartridges and after I changed out the still usable existing cartridge, the unit stopped working. The button that lowers and lifts the cartridge in and out stopped working as well. So now I have two full cartridges of new fragrance that I cannot use and the old one that has some fragrance left in it. I reached out to Area customer service - their phone tells you to leave a message as all agents are busy. Instead of a call back, I get an email saying sorry they missed me and message them back. So far, even after that message, I have heard nothing. So I am very disappointed overall in their product and their service. My advice, not worth the price or hassle - there are other diffusers that work better and last a lot longer.

I never typically leave reviews, but this product is so good that I just had to. My friend recommended Aera as the “elite” version of any at home air freshener, and she wasn’t kidding! My home already has a drastic difference to the smell, and it’s only been three days! I can already tell its going to make a huge impact to the pet odor in our house. The smell is lovely (I purchased forest therapy!), and I’m already excited to try all their different scents - but each capsule is so long lasting. I will be purchasing for many family members during the holidays!

The unit itself is highly over priced, and while the cartridges have great scents they too are overpriced.

My husband and I are so impressed with Aera and how long lasting the scents are. It fills our space perfectly. I walked in the door tonight and commented on how good it smelt. I love how easy the app is to use as well. We just schedule it and don’t have to worry about it like we would a candle. It also allows you to see how much fragrance is left which I love! I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to upgrade your home diffuser game from the typical plug in/ candle.

I love my area diffuser! It works so well in my home, nothing compares. It’s so easy to use with the app feature and I have already gotten complements on how nice my home smells. I’m excited to try their holiday scents! I truly recommend getting this product for your home. It’s scents my home so much better than anything that I’ve tried!

We purchased this along with three scent cartridges (sold separately) for our home gym. I received the cartridges first. The quality of the packaging was the first red flag for me. For SIXTY DOLLARS PER CARTRIDGE, you'd think the box it came in would be gold dipped and brushed with real live fairy dust...certainly something better than the flimsy, collapsed, crumpled box that showed up. I would be mortified if I were presenting this as a gift. The actual unit arrived next. Out of the box it felt pretty sturdy and I was hopeful that maybe it would turn out to be a good spend after all. Nope. Followed the directions to a T. Got nothing but an inescapable loop of flashing LED lights. Uplugged it as instructed...multiple times. Tried each scent cartridge thinking perhaps one was defective. Nope. I thought maybe I'd have better luck in the app. Nope. It wouldn't even connect to WiFi. This much of a headache...new...out of the box. For this price? No way. Back it goes.
