Never buy this product
I ordered for my daughter. They sent a old and not working piece without styles. Immediately I placed the replacement. But nearly 1 month ago no one picked back my item. Amazon please help me to get the replacement or please give back my money. Very very very very worst product and very very very bad customer service. Never buy this product. I don't have zero option for star so i selected 1 star

Got defective piece twice.
Screen size is 15inch only. Material is good but not the best. Delete button area will get damaged because support is not proper. Pen is very good and in cylindrical shape like a normal pen hence grip is fantastic. Please check the screen damage as shown in image.

Smaller size product given. Not multi colored as shown in images.
Ordered 16 in, but sent 12 in product at cost of 16 in. Customer knows everything. I already got a similar product and caught this seller selling the smaller sized one. Please don't cheat. Unfortunately you lost credibility. Also people as shown in the images this is NOT a colored one. It's normal green faded coloured one. So it's just that you are going to be duped if you are buying a bigger than 12 in. Careful!!
