Best chopper of all! Easy and fun to use, robust and dishwasher safe.
This gadget just works! It will chop just about anything, and is a bit of fun to use. We use it every day, for a variety of things like carrots and onions, and it just gets the job done. It stands up to a lot of serious bashing on the top, and is quick and efficient. If they made a bigger version, I'd but that too!We had another make of chopper, and the plastic broke after just a couple of months...this one is way better. After almost a year of hard use, it's as good as new, and that includes going through the dishwasher several times a week.

Smooth chop. Stress-free clean.
For anyone new to cooking or just looking for an easy win in the kitchen, this tool is a game changer. What works:• Smooth, consistent chop — effortless performance with a simple push.• Easy to clean — breaks down quickly and washes up with just soap and water.• Compact design — doesn’t hog counter or drawer space.• Reliable OXO build — sturdy, simple, and made to last.As a single dad, I appreciate tools that make home-style cooking quicker and less stressful — this one delivers.— Curated by Jaded John | #OrderlyCleanDesign

well built, many parts but cleans up nice , time will tell
Just arrived today and just finished lunch where I gave it it's trial run/maiden voyage. I have had a few of these and not been impressed. Mostly they were good for walnuts. This oxo one is easy to take apart (there are quite a few parts however) and easy to clean. It seemed to work fine and the honest truth is the main reason I got it was to keep one of my many other electric versions from taking up more counter space in my small senior apt. I don't mind using a knife but I usually make 2 dishes )OMD) that encompass aprox 50 ingredients. Next time I will know better how to stage all I put in it. Update: my model is designed to not be capable of using it without the cup attatched. Very dissappointed in that design though I realize it is for safety reasons. I see from other review that there are several models. I was hoping to use my chopper directly onto one of my bamboo cutting boards. Bummer.

Great Value Quality Chopper
If you cook a lot a vegetable chopper is a must have. This is my 3rd chopper. My first was a PChef that I used for about 20 years the second was a very inexpensive version that I wouldn’t recommend. I was actually happy to discard it and buy OXO.This chopper is the best of the 3. I’m vegan and cook at least 2 times a day so this gets used a lot. What I like most about it is how easy it is to use, then clean. Compared to my other 2 OXO takes the least amount of effort to chop.I’ve used it on nuts, onions, carrots, frozen garlic and ginger root.I highly recommend this chopper

Could Be Improved
I chose this particular chopper because we’d already had an OXO chopper for several years & it worked good enough, until it didn’t.I do like that the blade is removable from the housing on this version. That makes cleaning much easier than the previous version. The blade is sharp and there’s been no problem chopping through garlic (it is the only thing that I use this for). That being said, I don’t like that the plastic guard isn’t closer to the blade, because a lot of garlic gets stuck on the wrong side and it’s difficult to dig out of the ridges/edges.I know, “1st world problems”.
