The best thing about this lip balm is the vibrant, pop art style packaging and lemon aroma/flavour. The scent is stronger than expected but the taste if you do accidentally get it in your mouth is only mild thankfully. I really like the lipstick style 'twist up' format of this and found it perfect for on the go use.This lip balm promises cared for, hydrated, conditioned baby soft lips which last up to 8 hours after application. I found this did make my lips nice and soft; but only when I'm wearing it... It doesn't sink in, just sitting on the surface and despite using this for around 5 weeks now, I see no overall improvement in the condition of my lips despite Maybelline telling me I'd notice a difference within the first week!Don't waste your money; there are hundreds of superior rivals on the market, many of which are cheaper! I'm awarding this 3 stars from a potential 5; it is satisfactory in a pinch to quench any thirst your lips may have but if you're expecting epic, 'baby soft' lips in the long term you can kiss that idea goodbye!If my review has been helpful to you, please take the time to rate it by clicking 'yes' below.
