Why are these so expensive, they are on petsafe website for £29.99!!!!

These have rocketed in price. We’ve been a loyal customer for a few years and always thought it was expensive at £49 for three but it did a good job. Suddenly it has jumped to £89!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely crazy for some cat litter. I shan’t be buying this again and will find an alternative 😥

I have a very large cat (2 stones), would he even fit in this?

It is a lot larger than it looks in the picture. I have 2 3month old kittens and they both fit in it together with room for another one. There is also a lot of litter in each tray. It needs quite a lot of floor space and access to a plug socket though.

I have 3 cats how often should the litter last?

I have one cat and change the litter once a month but I also buy the crystals loose occasionally to stretch it out more and so save money on buying the tray plus litter.

Can anyone recommend litter that would be suitable from the pet shop rather than paying these prices?

Yes. Tigerino silicon litter available online from Zooplus. Works just as well and far cheaper. However, you will need a plastic tray (available fron amazon) We have been using Tigerino for some years with no problems.
