Showerdrape Super Suction Axis Shower Riser Rail

This is one of the best things I have possibly ever bought -I found out late 2016 we were expecting baby number 2We have only ever had a bath since we moved in the house with a fancy tap with shower head attached to the fancy tap but other than cleaning the bath tub we never used the shower head for showering as wasnt practical.I saw this product and thought surely it must be worth a try for the money and along with a new shower head I ordered this itemIt came within a few days and we cleaned the tiles as stated in the instructions and then it literally suctioned to the tiles we have had no problems at all with this itemWe have had to press the suction cup once in the 9months we have had it up but has a red warning to alert you that the button needs pressing in but again we have had to Only press it once since the beginningIt has been an absolute God send for us and especially all The way through pregnancy and now we have babba home it's been helpful in my recovery from a c section not having to get up and down into a bath and be able to enjoy a shower in my own homeLike I said previously I was very sceptical after reading some of the reviews and I don't normally write reviews on any products I purchase but this deserves 5 starsI would high recommended this product and if you have any doubts at all I'm telling you to buy it as it really is a convenient cheaper way to have a shower fitted without the mess or expense

Bought this product with some doubts. When it arrived I offered it up to the wall - never bothered to prepare walls etc - pressed the suction button things 'just to see' if it had any chance of staying there - well it did, it stayed very firmly indeed and has continued to stay there - used daily, shower head left in place - for some 5 weeks or so. Yesterday just had to repress the suction buttons a bit but it's so easy to do. Looks like will have to reset maybe every month or so - personally I'm happy with that though as I hate having to drill through bathroom tiles and walls. Overall would buy product again. Update july 2015 - now had this rail nearly two years and we are still very happy with it, used daily we find it doesn't require resetting very often and stays very firmly fixed.

I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to as this is a GREAT product! I followed instructions prior to installation and for the first couple of days the suction wasn't great but we got use to pushing the buttons top and bottom to keep rail secure and made sure that we didn't leave shower head in place when not showering. However the next time I secured it in place the tiles were a little damp (instructions recommend clean dry tiles), since then the suction hasn't failed once and the rail has stayed in place for weeks, we can even leave the shower head (old fashioned heavy style) attached to rail with no fear of it coming away from tiles. No drilling or tile damage, would recommend this product.

Works well if you remember to push the buttons regularly. I keep forgetting and the third time it fell off the wall, in the middle of the night, the plastic bracket broke. I have now managed to secure it to the wall using hairspray. Spray the wall and the suckers and fix to wall whilst still wet. Then spray around outside edge of suckers to ensure an airtight fit. Give it a while for the hairspray to set before using.

I put it up, stupidly left it over night, it fell off and broke

This item is poor quality. After following the instructions the item falls from the wall after 5 minutes. Avoid at all costs. If you have the same issues as I did the company will make you pay the postage and tell you its your walls fault.

Even before I bought this I was dubious about suction cup fitting and I was right. One suction cup is fine and the other refuses to stay on whatever I do. To make things worse the shower head holder doesn't hold the shower head properly so sadly this is a bit of a flop. It looks great though.Edit:I have had this a couple of weeks now. I smeared hand cream on the suckers and it is now stuck solid. I have given it another star. My victorian style shower didn't fit so I ended up buying a new shower head (which on reflection I needed anyway)

I've tried so many different suction cup bathroom products over the years and most just let me down by continually falling down. Not so, with this brilliant piece of engineering! The shower riser not only holds up my shower head, but also supports a bamboo and steel bathroom caddy loaded with shampoos and face products without any problems. If you're skeptical about this item working, don't be. Highly recommended!
