Easy to use and I found it was effective in breaking down the wax although not completely. I can hear better now but think I need professional help.

Good Ear Drops, Good for removing Ear Wax. I have bought this Item a few times it cleans quarter of the Wax but you will still need to use an Ear Removal Tool or go to a Clinic to get all the Wax, But overall this helps and I will continue to buy.
