Piano Adventures for the Older Beginner Rep. Bk 1. Popular Repertoire Book 1

I bought this for my 12 year old son who wants me to teach him to play. I am really pleased with it. It gives him some very simple versions of music that he recognises, like the Star Wars theme and Harry Potter. After one session with the book he can play two pieces and he has never had a lesson. These pieces are just right for beginners and gives them the opportunity to produce music quickly, which is usually what a beginner wants! Very pleased overall.

This music boook was recommended by my music teacher, . I find it easy to follow and would recommend it for those just starting out with playing the piano.

Troppo facile come spartiti, trovo che sia anche difficile ricondurre la melodia originale a questi spartiti. La mano sinistra è spesso solo una nota qui e là mentre la mano destra è in pausa, ovvero hanno messo sulla mano sinistra le note più basse della melodia della chiave di violino.

I have a few other books that I have purchased to help me learn to play the piano, this book surpasses them by far. I decided to purchase this book for vareity and I am sure glad I did. It is well written and easy to follow. I also purchased the theory book which I enjoy working in. I would highly receommend this book for an older beginner (63 years old). I am anxious to purchase book two.
