Why does it look like chocolate i thought it was a red square with power on it??

It is chocolate covered with three red jello/turkish inside. It is really enjoyable. One of my favourites. Personally do not like the powered one you describe. Have it with a cup of tea... to die for lol.

The ones you can buy in Australia are similar, but the packaging is slightly different. Are they the identical product?

So sorry but I've never tasted the ones from Australia. All I can say is that this reminds me of the original Turkish Delight section in the Cadbury bar (with the Lime barrel, strawberry filling and so on) of the 60s and 70s. Not an overly strong Rose flavor that made it cloying.They should be the same bar, but just not 'identical' in every way.And I do know that chocolates from Australia, New Zealand and the UK do have subtle variations (Cadbury in the UK differ from the ones made in the USA and Canada.)
