Great alternative to fish based products
I purchased these to help with finger joints that click on regular basis. In the few weeks I've been taking these the clicking has dramatically reduced and would recommend this product to anyone looking for an alternative to cod liver oil capsules.

Probably not a helpful review!
They are quite big if you're not used to taking tablets.. kinda like little bombs! I cant say if they've helped as I've only had them 2 days.. ive got them cos I've been told it's good for menopause troubles! Fingers crossed eh ladies!!!
