Good value for money
Clipboard itself seems to be made from hard cardboard (guessing) covered in PVC - it has been pretty sturdy and strong. Other features: - fold over design; - PVC pen holder - seems flimsy; - small clear pocket - not very robust but will hold a couple of sheets of paper; - spring-loaded clip - good strong spring action; - small plastic protectors on the corners of the clip - ? protect fingers, I guess they look nice! I have had this several months but do not use it daily. I use it to store notes and occasionally to lean on, so I cannot comment on durability. The clipboard I have measures approximately 36.5cm x 23cm + 1cm inlet; clear pocket 14.5cm x 22.5cm; clip 11cm x 2.5cm. Please note that it is longer/taller than standard A4 sized paper [29.7cm x 21cm] - this does not bother me but may bother others. Overall, a good basic clipboard at a very reasonable price.

Adequate for the short term
I bought this for just over £2. It is cheap and cheerful but it has had solid use since I bought it and is still going strong. I have been collecting signatures and handing out leaflets - the leaflets fit in the transparent pocket in the front cover and the clipboard has been folded backward and passed between a lot of people without damage. I did notice the fabric covering the board was uneven but this has not interfered with it's purpose. The pen holder is quit big and definitely needs a pen with a clip to hold it in place. The pen holder is also quit flimsy being just a loop of the plastic fabric. For the price it is adequate but has stood up to the job in hand.but I don't see it lasting forever but I only really need it for a few weeks

I would just like to say thank you to the suppliers. The clipboard had a machining fauilt which meant the pen holder was incomplete. One email to Rapesco, with a photograph, and I rceeived an apology and a replacement, sent immediately. This is a low cost item, so I appreciate the time and trouble that the people at Rapesco took to make sure I was a happy customer. Thank you.
